Our research and development laboratory invests in innovation and continuous improvement of formulations.
We constantly seek new solutions, based on solid scientific knowledge to offer excellent quality products.
We guarantee the origin of our raw materials through physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes and also a standard process for approval and evaluation of suppliers.
We also have laboratories from the Brazilian Network of Health Analytical Laboratories (REBLAS), authorized by ANVISA, capable of offering services of health interest with quality, reliability, safety and traceability in accordance with RDC Resolution nº 390, of 05/26/2020 .
Stability Studies
Our laboratory structure also allows us to carry out Stability studies, capable of determining the shelf life of the product, maintaining its desired sensory, physical, chemical and functional characteristics, in addition to the nutritional characteristics described on the label, through:
Short and long term stability program conducted in climatic chambers. According to Climate IV (hot / humid), the accelerated stability study is conducted at 40ºC +- 2ºC – 75% +- 5% relative humidity, for a period of 6 months;
Sensory qualities such as: appearance, color, flavor, and/or texture, altered by physical-chemical reactions;
Nutritional value, assessed by the concentrations of: proteins, vitamins, minerals, declared on the label;
Microbiological analysis;
Fat oxidation, when applicable;
Product integrity.
